Fred Harteis News - An Iraqi appeals court today upheld a death sentence for Saddam Hussein in a decision that clears the way for his execution within 30 days, Iraqi officials said today.
The announcement came as at least 20 people were killed and dozens were injured in bomb and mortar attacks in the capital.
